The William G. Anderson, DO, Scholarship was established by SWAG视频to honor the outstanding professional and public career of VCOM鈥檚 Founding Board of Director, Dr. William G. Anderson. His career included roles as a civil rights leader, osteopathic physician, surgeon, educator and hospital administrator. This scholarship recognizes an exceptional student at SWAG视频at each of the four SWAG视频campuses who demonstrate leadership in supporting a diverse student body and principles and practices of osteopathic medicine. The student must also be fully committed to addressing the educational, societal and health needs of richly diverse populations.
