Research is an essential component of VCOM鈥檚 International Outreach program and ranges widely from disease prevention and prevalence to public health. Faculty, medical students, and post-baccalaureate students collaborate on longitudinal research projects and contribute to data that allows SWAG视频to improve healthcare for these underserved areas continuously.聽
Best practices from the International Outreach and Research programs continue to be disseminated in national conferences, including AOA, AACOM, ACOFP, and other venues. SWAG视频students and faculty have won numerous honors for their posters and publications and regularly publish their scholarly work.
